While the pool area at Rancho Santa Cruz was the story I was painting, the cat kept walking over to the edge to stare at himself. This is 9 x 12 inch painting on archival oil paper.  Ready to be Framed.

He stole the show! He was the last thing I added to this painting when the paint dried. This is one of the only oil painting I have ever done en plein air. I used high quality water soluble oil paints and it was still "too much fuss" for me. I love my watercolors and stick to them!
