Made-to Order items: Canvas Prints, Fine Art Prints and Wearable Art items are created on demand (eliminating waste.)  Production can take up to a week. Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 10-14 business days for shipping. On Demand eliminates waste and is an environmentally thoughtful choice, but takes a tiny bit longer. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via Debra@DebraVance.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at Debra@DebraVance.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
