Georgia O'Keefe's mountain. She always said that if she painted it enough, God would give it to her. I had the opportunity to paint it en plein air at the end of our trip there. The flat mesa top is easy to spot on the skyline. I set up in the rest area/ picnic area along the highway. The view from there framed up nicely for a painting.
